Some structural elements of deaf poetry include a lot of movement since it is a visual rhyme instead of verbal. It also uses 50% facial expressions. One big thing I noticed about the signs and body language is that the person will use their whole body to sign. Instead of them simply using their hands like we see a majority of the time with sign language, they use their arms, legs, shoulders, face, their entire body to express the poem. By doing this it helps the feeling of the poem regardless of if we can fully understand it or not.
